Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards. Your credit card information is SSL-encrypted. These high-security standards allow you to buy at vetsak securely using your credit card. If you send back one or more items, the corresponding value of goods will be refunded to the credit card from which you made the payment.
Paypal
You can also pay securely and easily via PayPal. You will be redirected directly to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in to your account there with your user details and make the payment. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and then complete the payment. Payment will usually be registered within a few minutes and your order will be instantly processed.
Paypal installment payment
With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely at vetsak. Select “PayPal” as the payment method in our order process. Then log in to your personal PayPal account with your e-mail address and your PayPal password and confirm the payment amount.
From an order value of EUR 99 to EUR 5,000, you can also conveniently pay later in 3, 6, 12 or 24 monthly installments, subject to the obligatory credit checks. Select “PayPal” as your payment method and use the installment payment option after logging into your PayPal account.
Invoice with Klarna
The principle is simple: You have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay when you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products at home. Depending on the retailer, the invoice is sent either by e-mail, separately by post or together with the goods.
***Important information for shipping to Switzerland and other non-EU States: All orders are invoiced in euros without the German VAT (19%). Customs processing fees and the valid VAT will be charged to the customer by the responsible customs. For orders from the United Kingdom a minimum order value of 100€ applies. For orders from Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway, a flat shipping rate of 100€ applies up to a goods value of 1000€. Anything above this will be charged at a flat rate of 200€.

DHL & DPD
Orders are usually shipped in multiple packages with our shipping partners DHL & DPD. Even if all packages leave our warehouse at the same time, it may happen that packages do not arrive at the same time. Please be aware that DHL + DPD only deliver to the curb.

A shipment by freight forwarder will be delivered to the curb.
